About this site
Showcase by Dom is the website and automation service name used by Dominick Cruz, who goes by Dom on this site. I discuss and perform the project work. A parent or guardian also reviews paid project agreements.
Contacting me does not create a client relationship, reserve time, or require either of us to begin a project.
Project agreements
Paid project work is discussed and invoiced under my legal name. Before work begins, the client, a parent or guardian, and I must sign a written agreement.
The agreement must cover the scope, price, schedule, revisions or changes, payment terms, cancellation terms, deliverables, support, access, and ownership.
The signed project agreement controls if it conflicts with these site terms.
Prices on this site
Website prices shown on the services page are estimates. The final price may be lower or higher based on the work the client requests. Automation prices are starting prices. I confirm the exact scope, price, and any recurring charge in writing before work begins.
Third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, texting, calling, email, payment processing, and other usage charges are not included unless the written project agreement says they are.
Launch deal
The launch deal applies to the first three new clients who sign a qualifying project agreement after the offer appears on the services page. It takes 50% off my quoted website build or setup fee and 50% off the first month of monthly care. The regular monthly price begins with the second month.
Each client may use the discount for one project agreement. The offer ends after three qualifying agreements are signed. The discount applies to my service fees. It does not apply to third-party charges, added work outside the agreed scope, or agreements signed before the offer appeared.
Materials you provide
You must have permission to use the text, images, logos, fonts, data, and other materials you give me. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business claims and for legal notices specific to your business.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information by ordinary email or text.
Automation projects
You must authorize access to every account, system, and set of information used in a workflow. You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of your customer lists, messages, business rules, and instructions.
You must obtain any consent required before sending automated email or text messages. Review requests must ask for honest feedback and may not hide or discourage negative reviews.
You remain responsible for reviewing customer-facing messages and for decisions involving invoices, payments, publishing, customer eligibility, or other important business actions. An automation may fail, be delayed, or need changes when a connected service changes.
Practice and portfolio work
Items labeled as practice, concepts, studies, or experiments are original design exercises. They do not represent client work, endorsements, partnerships, or affiliations with real businesses.
I ask the project owner for permission before publishing client work.
No performance promises
A website or automation can support a business, but I do not promise revenue, traffic, search ranking, sales, replies, recovered payments, or uninterrupted availability unless a project agreement states a specific commitment. Third-party services have their own terms and availability.
Site content
Unless a page says otherwise, the design, writing, graphics, and practice work on this site belong to me. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, publish, or sell its content without permission.
Changes and contact
I may update the site and these terms. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Applicable law preserves any rights that these terms cannot limit.
